You choose one letter at a time. After choosing each letter, a letter is chosen for you at random. This continues until you have seven letters. Use your letters to build the longest word possible. Thats it!
The challenge is to PLAN your choices carefully because you dont know what random letters youll get and you cant undo your choices.
